NEW File fillable Business Personal Property Return & Asset listing form by email to
  Leases@cabellassessor.com
NEW File by CD or DVD in excel format by USPS mail
File by mailing traditional blue form back to our office via USPS. 

If you file electronically, please do not mail in your paper form.
